Boone Here. Working on a new portion of our world; a misty, swampy area with mysterious glowing mushrooms and ruined windmills. As you can see, this is a great opportunity to experiment with atmospheric effects and lighting.
An obliging overgrown garden near the University of Washington provided us with the model for our mushrooms. Not as easy to capture as one might think, as their stems had to be stiffened for the photographs by gently inserting a thin strip of wood through the center without cracking the delicate surface. Overall a pretty successful experiment!
